My experience with this product and with the company was great! I posted mis-information regarding the product’s use with a septic system because I mis-read the packaging. The company contacted me (nicely!) to see what the problem was. Turns out it’s completely septic safe and worked like a charm. We used it in two sinks one cleared right away (and we’d been fighting the slow drainage for months!) and one needs a second dose.
